Dear,
ABRicate can combine results into a single matrix of gene presence/absence (–summary). In galaxy I cannot find this option usefull on data collection.

I tried to implement it as a new option, but it is not possible. It requires to create an additional tool for performing such an operation. I’ll work on it the week week.
