Hello,

I recently created an account on usegalaxy Europe, but I am unable to upload FASTQ files because I keep receiving the error message “Action requires account activation.”

I have already reset my password successfully, but the issue persists. I have not received an account activation email, and I cannot find the “Resend Verification” option in my account settings.

Could you please help me activate my account or resend the activation email?
