Hi @Heba_Hathout

Please see this topic for what to do.

- [Mega Thread: Account activation email not received? How to get one! - #3 by jennaj](https://help.galaxyproject.org/t/mega-thread-account-activation-email-not-received-how-to-get-one/18146/3)

Meanwhile, I have removed your email address from the public topic and sent you an email with more instructions already. Anyone else with this same issue should read the topic above for details about what do to. In short, write in to the appropriate administrators, or ask about that server’s direct contact if you can’t find it.
