# Account activation required when uploading datasets

Hello Galaxy Europe team,

I am able to log in to my account, but whenever I try to upload a dataset or run a tool, I receive the message: “Action requires account activation.”

My storage usage is 0%, and I have tried to resolve the issue, but it persists.

Could you please check whether my account is activated and help me resolve this issue?
