I really enjoy the the " 16S Microbial Analysis with mothur (extended)" but I am interesting in performing additional statistical tests (e.g. ANOVA) to check the significant differences between the samples based on their categories ( sex or early vs. late). From where can I find and learn this. Note, I want to do it through Galaxy. Thanks
