# Annotate DESeq2/DEXSeq tool error

Hi @Mainak_Bardhan,

It looks like the server/software/installation issue. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!

I completed a similar job on [Galaxy Australia](https://usegalaxy.org.au/u/igor/h/annotate-deseq2).

Ping @jennaj, it seems Annotate DESeq2/DEXSeq does not work on the ORG server. In the tutorial it is used with the default settings. I tried uncompressed annotation file, but no success. It works in Australia.
