Hello there, I was working on manual curation of genome annotation, and after each chromosome annotated, I download each gff3. Unfortunately, I’m not able to download the user-created.
If I try to download the annotation of the whole organism I get the same error, but for the small chromosomes containing less than 1000 genes, it allows me to download.
Can someone help me to download it?
Moreover, I just had a problem with the visualization on some tracks, as reported below:
