# BiG-SCAPE on Galaxy Europe: Pfam-A.hmm not found

Hello Galaxy community,

I am trying to run BiG-SCAPE on Galaxy Europe ([usegalaxy.eu](http://usegalaxy.eu)) with 18 antiSMASH GenBank files from Actinomyces genomes.

The job fails with this error:

`Error: File existence/permissions problem in trying to open HMM file ./pfam/Pfam-A.hmm. HMM file ./pfam/Pfam-A.hmm not found`

I selected dataset 711, named `Pfam-A.hmm`, in the BiG-SCAPE Pfam-A.hmm input field. Galaxy reports that the dataset is OK, in `hmm3` format, with a size of 2.2 GB. I have also tried rerunning the analysis, but the same error persists.

The tool version is BiG-SCAPE 1.1.9+galaxy3.

Could you please help me identify why BiG-SCAPE cannot find the Pfam file?

This tool was recently updated to address a known issue, and I’m wondering if there is a new issue now!

I’ve started up a few tests in an older history, but with the version you are using [and the prior version](https://galaxyproject.github.io/training-material/faqs/galaxy/tools_change_version.html) to see what happens. These jobs are queued but I’ll check back tomorrow and we can review. I may be able to replicate your error but possibly not!
