Hello everyone,

I am currently using the Galaxy Europe Interactive R environment for a single-cell RNA-seq analysis workflow, but I am running into a persistent issue when trying to install Bioconductor packages.

## **Problem**

When I try to install packages such as:

- DropletUtils
- scDblFinder
- SingleCellExperiment

the installation fails with repeated errors indicating that R cannot access the Bioconductor repository index.

## **Error message**

cannot open URL ‘[https://bioconductor.org/packages/3.20/bioc/src/contrib/PACKAGES](https://bioconductor.org/packages/3.20/bioc/src/contrib/PACKAGES)’

Hi @noor_ali

Are you still having problems? The UseGalaxy servers had a few technical issues and maintenance events last month (maybe you saw those other topics?). Most should be resolved by now. If there is a persistent issue, we can get some clarity now.

Sharing the entire install command and the full error message that results would be one place to start.

Please let us know! 🙂
