While running bowtie2 I am getting following error continuously
"An error occurred while trying to schedule this job. Please retry it and if it continues to fail, report it to an administrator using the bug icon.
This error was caused by an upgrade problem that has now been resolved, please try your job again and let us know if you still encounter errors.
