BUSCO - Lineage Path

Dear Galaxy Team,

is the BUSCO Analysis available at that Moment? I tried several times to perform a BUSCO Analysis in the web-based version of Galaxy on a bacterial Genome, but I can not set the lineage path as there are no Options available. Can you fix this?

The tool is pending the addition of indexes at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org. A tracking ticket has been created for that purpose: Create Busco indexes for usegalaxy.org · Issue #295 · galaxyproject/usegalaxy-playbook · GitHub

You do not need to wait – for now, please use the tool at the Galaxy EU https://usegalaxy.eu server.
