# Can i use galaxy to align genomes and create a phylogetic tree?

Hi,  
I’m trying to align 10 prokaryotic genomes using [Galaxy.org](http://Galaxy.org) with 4 reference genomes. Wich tool can i use?  
There is also a tool i can use to create phylogenetic trees?
