# can\`t start a local galaxy

I used putty to connect to the server and successfully installed and ran galaxy with the./run.sh command. However, due to network fluctuations, the putty terminal was disconnected, and I was still able to open galaxy from the web page. Due to server restart, the galaxy had stopped running, I tried to. / run. Sh restart the galaxy, but have not been able to succeed, display information as shown.Please help me.
