# Cannot run my workflow for LEfSe

I want to compare the gut microbiome of two groups with 16sRNA analysis, using LEfse to make a Figure. I’m updating the text file.A) format data for LEfSe and B) LDA Effect Size proceed fine, but C) Plot LEfse Result seems to be successful (because it shows green) , but nothing shows up in Figure. The comments say that there is no significant difference, but that can’t be true. Please tell me what to do.
