This pipeline was deprecated by the original authors and is no longer fully supported in Galaxy. You can try following a published legacy protocol (publication) but please know that some of the related tools will have a deprecated tag assigned at the public Galaxy servers, and those would not be expected to function for any data due to technical reasons.

Instead, when working in Galaxy, please consider trying the **updated tools and methodologies**! We have a full suite of walk-throughs and workflows!

Our 🎓 Galaxy Training Network (GTN) tutorials are a great place to start!
