Dear all, I can’t upload my fastq.gz files for rna seq analysis since two days. Altogether, I have 12 files of which only the first two or three make the upload successfullyy, the rest fails. Could you please help me? Best and thanks in advance, B.

We had an issue for a few days with a misconfigured upload node. We fixed it and now all the upload tasks are going well. Sorry for the inconvenience.
