Hi everyone,
I am trying to use DeepVariant in USEGALAXY . ORG. However, it immediately stops and I get an error message as follows:
”An error occurred while running the tool toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu / repos / iuc / deepvariant / deepvariant / 1.5.0+galaxy0.”
”No destinations are available to fulfill request: toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu / repos / iuc / deepvariant / deepvariant / ”
Please help me to solve the problem.

This is something we’ll need to adjust at the server. The brand new version of the tool wrapper probably didn’t get assigned to a cluster yet! I’ll follow up on that and write back.
Meanwhile, you don’t have to wait! Try to toggle into the prior version of the tool to see if that is enough.
Let us know if that works for you and I’ll run a quick test and coordinate with the administrators. More soon!

Quick update! I’ve been able to run this tool successfully at UseGalaxy.org (the tag on your topic) – for all three versions of the wrapper we have hosted. The most current version at this server is also different from what you reported, which makes me guess you may be working somewhere else!
Would you share more about where you are working? If it really was at UseGalaxy.org, then I would suggest trying again, maybe there was some transient issue that is now resolved.
Find the Galaxy URL at the very top of your browser window. You can copy it and paste it back here.
Please let us know what happens!

This specific job was originally too large to run on any cluster! We have made some adjustments for the rerun attempt! Thanks for sending in the bug report to UseGalaxy.org @ali-5980 so we could review this closer.
