# Download and Extract Reads in FASTQ help

unable to download file , not able to see file rig

Hi @Akshaya_Marri

What Galaxy server do you use? Can you upload other data, for example, a small text file? What is “file rig”?

Maybe try alternative upload options. For example, upload reads using URLs or pushing files from ENA to Galaxy Australia are significantly faster than Download and Extract Reads option.

Unable to download fastq files , not shown in history page…Pls advise
