I cannot download the freeBayes vcf file for some analyses. I always use the same workflow but sometimes it works and sometimes not. I just can’t see any reason why it doesn’t work or why it works.

This ist the error massage:

Hmmm…this page is unfortunately not availableIt looks like the website at [http://w190-galaxy.inet.dkfz-heidelberg.de/api/datasets/608a53bd6284060a/display?to\_ext=vcf](http://w190-galaxy.inet.dkfz-heidelberg.de/api/datasets/608a53bd6284060a/display?to_ext=vcf) is having problems or it may have been permanently moved to a new web address.

Welcome, @fleischv

I can’t see the file since it is not publicly accessible.

A history and the datasets inside of it must be in a shared state in order to view them _when not logged into the account that created the data_. If this was your file, and you are not logged into your account, maybe try logging in to see if that is enough?

You are also welcome to share your history here for more feedback if you think the data itself has some problem. See the banner at this form for how to do this, or see [How to get faster help with your question](https://help.galaxyproject.org/docs?topic=11469).

Let’s start there, thanks! 🙂
