Hi,

I attempted to download my complete history, one file being approximately 200GB and the other around 20GB. Both generated a link and the sizes were correct. However, after downloading, neither file could be extracted successfully.

I received the following error message for both files: “Data error - This file is broken.”

Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a solution? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Best,
Min

Hi @mintang92
history export was discussed several times, for example:

> Hello, I ran Kallisto and Dsse2 to get my list of DE genes. In the results of Dseq2, I can see there are about 20000 lines - I am assuming 1 line for each gene. However, when I download the file, I only get 9000 lines. Can you please let me know why this is happening? And how can I download the entire dataset of 20000 lines?

Maybe search the forum with ‘Download history’ or something similar.
Keep in mind that some file systems support relatively small files, such as 4 Gb. Make sure your local infrastructure supports storage of large files. Your internet provider might have download limits.
Kind regards,
