# Error: STARSolo "Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job."

Hello,  
I am trying to run STARSolo for some data. I have tried 7 times now with different input files and some different file formats. However, I keep getting the following error message: “Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job.” Can you please help me figure out how to run STARSolo successfully?  
Your help would be much appreciated 😃

Hi, the tool seems to be working fine for me. Can you try re-running it? It might just have been a temporary server issue
