# Error while connecting to usegalaxy.eu server

From what I understand, your client is able to use the command port (low port 21) to log in, but then is not able to reach the data port (high port 59443).  
I guess there are some restrictions on your network.  
What I can suggest here is switch to active mode and make another try. If, even in active mode, doesn’t work, try to connect using a different Internet access.

Thank you very much @gmauro… Connection to server was succssfully achieved after I switched to different internet access
