Fatal error: exit code 1 () using make.shared

hi everyone, so I’m following the mothur workflow for metagenomics. however, whenever I’m using make. shared tool I have this same issue stating that there is an error occurred with this dataset:
:

  • { “code_desc”: null, “desc”: “Fatal error: Matched on [ERROR]”, “error_level”: 3, “match”: “[ERROR]”, “stream”: “stdout”, “type”: “regex” }
    i’ve tried the auto-detect option for the metadata but it doesn’t work .please any help
