Hi,

Could the admin for this repo ([Index of /yum/package/slurm/18.08/7/x86\_64/](https://depot.galaxyproject.org/yum/package/slurm/18.08/7/x86_64/)) help to recompile

- slurm-drmaa.x86\_64 : DRMAA for Slurm
- slurm-drmaa-debuginfo.x86\_64 : Debug information for package slurm-drmaa

The DRMAA rpm is breaking as it is not meant for the slurm version in this repo.
The slurm rpm in the repo provides .so.33 and drmaa in this repo requires .so.31

> Error: Package: slurm-drmaa-1.1.0-1.el7.x86\_64 (slurm-18.08)
> Requires: libslurm.so.31()(64bit)
> Error: Package: slurm-drmaa-1.1.0-1.el7.x86\_64 (slurm-18.08)
> Requires: libslurmdb.so.31()(64bit)
> You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

Thank you.

Could anyone point me to a repo admin?

Hi @lwj5!!

I’ve asked the developers for some feedback/help at Gitter: [https://gitter.im/galaxyproject/dev?at=5cd9e0670f381d0a76aedf72](https://gitter.im/galaxyproject/dev?at=5cd9e0670f381d0a76aedf72)

They may reply here or at the Gitter chat. Please feel free to jump in there for more interactive feedback. Just keep in mind that communications are asynchronous, as the developers are from all over the world in different time zones. You may hit a time when they are around, and might need to wait a day or so, depending on where you are 🗺

Sorry, this got missed originally but I’ll keep watch over it until resolved one way or another.

Thanks!!

Hi @jennaj

No worries, thanks for the reply and the post on gitter! I see natefoo, the owner of **[slurm-drmaa](https://github.com/natefoo/slurm-drmaa)** will be fixing the problem.

Thanks a lot for the help!
