forgot password + have no access to old E-mail

Hi,

I forgot my password for my Galaxy account and I also no longer have access to that old E-mail. Is there a way that I can transfer account to new E-mail?

Hello. If you forgot your password and you do not have access to the email address you used we have no means to verify the account is yours. Hence we cannot give you access to it. Sorry.
