Hi Galaxy team,

I’m running the “Funannotate predict annotation” tool and the “BUSCO models to align” dropdown only shows Dikarya as an option. Could you please add mucorales\_odb10 to the available lineages for this tool?

For reference, the official Galaxy Training Network tutorial for genome annotation with Funannotate specifies mucorales (orthodb 10) as the lineage to use for this exact workflow, so it seems like it should be indexed but currently isn’t showing up.

Could you also let me know if any other lineages besides Dikarya are currently available for this tool? Happy to provide a screenshot or more details if helpful.

Thanks so much!

Welcome @Sydney_Harned

Please try the tutorial at [UseGalaxy.org](http://UseGalaxy.org) for now.

Then, for project work, you can try using the earlier version of the tool to access the additional indexes at [UseGalaxy.eu](http://UseGalaxy.eu).
