Hello, I’m trying to use the tool “funannotate functional” to integrate Interpro, AntiSmash and EggNog annotation to the previously structural annotated genome.
The tool outputs and error with the interpro xml, the gene ontology terms parsing shows the following error message
Error parsing XML GO terms: None is not a valid term
Any ideias what can I do to fix the problem with the xml?
