Hi there,

I am running a local instance of galaxy (20.01) from my external hard drive, but I have set a job running that must be too big/intensive for my MAC to handle, as a result my Mac will crash and restart every time I try to run my local galaxy, so I can’t get onto galaxy to cancel the job in the admin section.

Is there a way I can cancel a job that is running within galaxy, without loading galaxy up (sh run.sh), as every time I do my MAC restarts its self?

thank you!
