Which flavour of linux (Arch, DEB, RPM, CentOS/RHEL-based, Fedora-based, openSUSE-based ) supports hosting local galaxy server.
I have a single .cram 225GB file that I want to convert to bam format. This will exceed quota limit so I need a simple way to quickly and easily spin up a virtual machine local server.
Any disc image with galaxy pre installed on linux would be grand.
