When I have uploaded the .PDB file of a Docked complex in Galaxy, the .pdb file show as text format. I unable to process further. How to solve this problem

You can change the format by clicking the pencil (edit) icon. Then go to the tab named datatype to change it. You can also choose the datatype in the upload data window when you upload a file. When uploading you can find the datatype in the third column (type column). By default this is set to auto-detect.
