I am unable to create a custom gene categories file to use in goseq. Can some please guide me as to how we create a custom gene category file to use in goseq. I am doing RNA seq analysis and the reference genome is of the microbe Desulfovibrio alaskensis G20 (NCBI Reference Sequence: NC_007519.1). Thank you for any help.
