Dear specialists,

GTN material for MaxQuant for TMT-MS does not work. MaxQuant repeatedly fails with a fatal error; Hands-on: Hands-on: MaxQuant and MSstats for the analysis of TMT data / Proteomics

I would like to kindly invite you to resolve the issue and provide feed-back so I can use the GTN material and also analyse my TMT data.

I already sent a bug report from the tool with a shared link to the history with failing datasets.

The tutorial is still a work in progress.

You can try running through it at UseGalaxy.eu instead (where the tutorial authors are also working) but it may still have a few problems even there until it is finalized (sometime before May).
