# help!,pbs\_python can not install in galaxy\_20.05

galaxy 20.05 use python3.x but psb\_python use python2.x  
I get a lots of error,

I use this step:

galaxy\_user@galaxy\_server% git clone [https://github.com/ehiggs/pbs-python](https://github.com/ehiggs/pbs-python) galaxy\_user@galaxy\_server% cd pbs-python galaxy\_user@galaxy\_server% source /clusterfs/galaxy/galaxy-app/.venv/bin/activate galaxy\_user@galaxy\_server% python setup.py install
