# Help with instructions for running Galaxy in our Institute's cluster

Hello Galaxy Community,

I need assistance with installing Galaxy on our HPC cluster for metagenomics analysis. I have limited system administration experience and need to set it up in my user account without root access due to our HPC usage policy.

Could you please provide step-by-step instructions or direct me to relevant documentation? Any guidance tailored for HPC environments would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Mohanchaitanya

Either of these should be able to work without root as far as I know. The DOCKER Galaxy will be easier to get started up, and has a really nice README. 🙂
