# Hg38 reference genome not found in the Ref genome options

Dear all,

I am running a pipeline on **[usegalaxy.eu](http://usegalaxy.eu)** and could not find the **hg38 reference genome** in the list for the **ReorderSam** tool. However, it appears and works correctly on **[usegalaxy.org](http://usegalaxy.org)**. I am not sure whether this is something I am doing wrong or a platform issue.

I prefer using **[usegalaxy.eu](http://usegalaxy.eu)** because it is significantly faster for me than **.org**. What would you recommend I do in this case?

Hi @Bana,

we can try to add the reference to the list for the tool this week.

However, I would also like to know your use case for the tool, in general, since this tool is a very rare choice and it could well be that there is room for optimizing your analysis workflow.

If you don’t mind providing such info that would be great!
