Hello @jennaj I was wondering if you have any updates on this issue regarding cvmfs hg19 index? We installed Galaxy v23. Hi @prao123 The files will be corrected sometime before August. Maybe in July… and you can ask for an update later on if you don’t see it yet 🙂 ---
