# How to set notification when job/workflow complete?

I’ve seen a few comments that say you can “set a notification” when submitting a job or workflow. Getting an email notification when my workflow ends would be super useful to me. I have searched but I don’t see how/where to do that. I am using Galaxy Europe.

Hi @kam132

Yes, I could have been clearer, and I’m glad you asked!

Notifications are currently set _per tool_.

**Tool form**

Find the option at the end of the other parameters, right above the **Run Tool** button, in the **Additional Options** section.

**Workflow**

Go into the Workflow Editor, click on the tool you would like status about. Scroll to the end of the parameters, and see the **Additional Options** section. You can set this for multiple tools, or just one of your results at the end, or however you would like to customize. 🙂
