I tried to load data to [hicexplorer.galaxy.eu](http://hicexplorer.galaxy.eu) today and it failed. I used FileZilla. [usegalaxy.org](http://usegalaxy.org) worked but not [hicexplorer.galaxy.eu](http://hicexplorer.galaxy.eu) ---

> [@Chen](#): > > [hicexplorer.galaxy.eu](http://hicexplorer.galaxy.eu) Hi @Chen The server URL is: `hicexplorer.usegalaxy.eu` This domain-specific public Galaxy server is sub-server of the `usegalaxy.eu` server. Your account at both is the same. Upload data into your account using these FTP credentials in `Filezilla`. Leave other settings at default. > **Host** : `ftp.usegalaxy.eu` > **Username** : your Galaxy account’s email address > **Password** : your Galaxy account’s password Screenshot with one test file just now loaded (to make sure it is actually working! it is 🙂 ![how-to-find-FTP-upload-URL](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/galaxy/original/2X/9/95e2e6aa7c18bf3ee9c5e1f87a5518193f6b42e5.png) Thanks!
