I am using the main instance of galaxy. Using Hyphy SLAC Galaxy Version 2.5.31+galaxy1.
Output finished without errors, file size isn’t too big, 21.1 MB (I have used Hyphy vision with larger datasets before). Neither hyphy results viewer or hyphy vision works with the output file.
Error from hyphy results viewer: “ERROR: This JSON format is not compatible with HyPhy Vision Tool”. The output looks ok and shows some data. I just need to download the csv file from the hyphy results viewer or hyphy vision. Any help would be appreciated.
