# I am unable to run tools and my previous data is erased from the history

Hi. I have previously run data in galaxy. Now it’s all gone, and i am unable to run any new queries. How can I correct this

Hi @Dhruvi_Joshi

What Galaxy server do you use? Have you received any communication (email or message in Galaxy) from the server admins? Can you log into your account? What quota do you see in the top right corner? The server admins may need some info about your account, like email or username. I guess email is better to share through a private message, not on public forum.

Hello all, just following up!

@igor is correct! The problem is likely that you created a new account @Dhruvi_Joshi at a different public Galaxy server, and your original account was somewhere else. If you cannot run queries, you likely still need to confirm the new account (if you want to work at this server too).
