# I can´t activated my acount

Hey Maji! I can not find an account made under an email address that resembles your forum user name. If you are sure you made an account at the Belgian Galaxy instance ([https://usegalaxy.be/](https://usegalaxy.be/)), could you share the first part of your email address with me (best not to share it in full so bots can not easily scrape and spam it)? Thanks!
