Hi, Right now, Lefse tool in Eu server has the .mothur input format (I have my input in tabular format). Would it possible to add Lefse tool for tabular inputs as it is in biobakery galaxy website which is currently unavailable for using. what other methods are available to generate cladograms? best regards, Rachita ---

Welcome @Rachita_Maruti_G Unfortunately, the version of **LefSe** that the #galaxy-huttenhower server hosts was created by them, and was only ever only hosted by them. The **Mothur** version is what we have. For alternatives, **Tools → Krona pie chart** is a direct graphic option and accepts tabular data. Hope this helps! 🙂 ---
