I am trying to run the RSEM tool for RNA-seq analysis for human genome (hg38). The tool operates in two steps i.e. a) prepare reference and b) Calculate expression. The RSEM prepare reference tool completes without any error. However, the RSEM calculate expression tool does not recognize the output generated by the RSEM prepare reference tool.
In this regard, I was wondering if the rsem_datatypes repo has been updated to revision 1 in the Galaxy.eu server as the previous version.
Any input regarding why the RSEM calculate expression tool is not recognizing the output from RSEM prepare reference would be helpful as well.
