Hi,
i’m trying to change the job\_conf.xml in my own local galaxy in order to run both tools with conda and Docker containers as requirements without specifing each tool in the file.
I’have read and studied the job\_conf.xml.sample\_advanced and tried different configuration changing the destination block, for example using the docker\_dispatch option, but always only one of the two type of tools runs.
Do you have any suggestion in how changing the job\_conf.xml file ?

I have created a github repo for different job\_conf.xml …if you have a local galaxy and want to try different configuration [https://github.com/pmandreoli/various\_job\_conf-galaxy](https://github.com/pmandreoli/various_job_conf-galaxy)
