Hello.  
I m running align.seqs output file from Unique.Seqs against SILVA reference file. How long this process will take. ? Its been more than 8hr. thanks.

There were job delays due to server issues at Galaxy Main [https://usegalaxy.org](https://usegalaxy.org) and Galaxy EU [https://usegalaxy.org](https://usegalaxy.org)
