Most jobs will queue before executing. These are shared public resources. Leaving jobs queued is important since all new jobs are added back at the end of the queue, extending the wait time.

The [UseGalaxy.eu](http://UseGalaxy.eu) database did have a small issue but seems to be up now. Rerun if a job happens to fail.
