Hello, I was uploading and processing some fastqs today on [usegalaxy.eu](http://usegalaxy.eu), but they stopped uploading fully a few hours ago. Files that were in the upload queue completed the upload but are still grayed out (status: ‘This job is waiting to run’), and already-uploaded files are also not running (status: ‘This is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet.’) I’m wondering if this is just due to heavy traffic after the maintenance or if the server is down. Thanks

I’m having the same issues.

Hi @imperialadmiral121 and @Jon_Colman

We’ll have to wait for the EU administrators to comment. They’ll see this topic and the others tomorrow. Ping @wm75 @bjoern.gruening

Thanks! 🙂

Update: I was just able to load up a small file quickly. Let us know if the issues you both had are also resolved. Maybe the server was still starting up fully before?

We had a problem processing jobs approximately 4am to 7pm CEST. The issues should be resolved and I see Galaxy processing jobs again.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Bjoern
