# Jupyter Interactive Tool Stopped- how to get it to run again

Question: I am trying to open the Jupyter Interactive tool, but the Job info says the process is stopped when my history says its running, and it wont allow me to access the JupyterLab notebook. Ideas?

Can you see it listed in the “Active interactivetools” section (accessible via the user tab)?

I can see it, yes, but cannot change its status

There seem to have been some proxy issues going on, but they look to have been resolved. Can you access the tools now?
