I am processing some RNAseq reads and would like to run the Kmer test. It says that “note: the Kmer test is disabled and needs to be enabled using a custom Submodule and limits file (–kmers)”. But I am not sure what a Submodule and limits file are. I am doing this carefully checking this tutorial, but this part is not stated anywhere (I also searched the forum for kmer and submodule).
