Lineages on Busco

Hi,

Would be possible to add other lineages on Busco? There is only fungi.

Hopefully somebody from the EU galaxy team will read this, thanks for posting.

Perhaps they want to discourage people from using BUSCO on their server as it probably consumes too much resources? If not, it’s odd that they would only make this tool usable to fungi researchers… It’s a pain to install BUSCO but it should be trivial for the galaxy team to add all datasets from https://busco.ezlab.org/.

If you could add the protists, that would be awesome! I totally understand the time issue: there’re way too many projects out there :wink:

I tried to install BUSCO on my dev instance of galaxy on my mac, but it’s failing with SSL errors at the moment https://github.com/galaxyproject/ansible-galaxy-tools/issues/52
